BOSSMAN is committed to fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all financial and service-related transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for construction and project management services.
Due to the nature of construction work, refunds are generally limited and depend on project progress, materials already purchased, labor performed, and contractual agreements signed with the client.
Refunds may be considered if a project is canceled before substantial work has commenced and after review of all incurred administrative and planning costs.
Costs related to labor, materials already purchased, permits, and completed project phases are non-refundable once incurred.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after a full review of project documentation and financial records.
All refund requests are evaluated individually based on contract terms, project stage, and incurred costs. BOSSMAN remains committed to fairness and transparency in all client agreements.
